Wow Wow WOW!! Breath-takingly BEAUTIFUL HUGE single DOOR curtain - could easily split to gain two separate panels, but be bang on trend with this draped to one side to frame that window/door opening!
Bespoke made to measure for its last home in an archived Designers Guild velvet/chenille French Damask - insanely decadent and I have a matching PAIR of curtains listed also - do take a peek, combined postage may not be possible as this is heavy - this measures nearly 10kgs - so big, heavy and bulky .... do also ensure that you have a robust track/pole in place to take the weight of this!!This has been professionally made to order and costs ran into the ££\'s, impressive on all counts - design, make up and condition. SUPER LONG - I rarely do come across curtains of this length so get offerding!!To be clear, you are offerding on ONE single curtain (1 panel) - tieback NOT included✿ CONDITION: Offered in very excellent pre-owned condition as there are a few surface markings to the LINING side - most do look like they would sponge off easily and won\'t be seen when the curtain is in use. There is also a whisper - and I do mean a whisper of sun fade to the leading/meeting edge which I had to strain my little eyes to see. The nature of velvet chenille made it that bit harder even to pick out the fade due to the natural shimmering of velvet, impossible to pick out when the curtain was up for the pictures. There is also a whisper touch of fade streak, to the lining. The divine fabric face had nil to note :) No rips, pulls, stains and nooooo suspect whiffs!✿ FABRIC TEXTURE/COLOUR and DESIGN: Heavy (very) - upholstery level fabric face adorned with woven larger than life ostentatious French damask pattern - a most classical and timeless floral pattern mingled with fanciful swooping scrolls and swirls. Sumptuous combination of fabric textures, the backing is a medium weave linen and raw silk blend - provides a glistening and fluid drape to the curtains, two coloured threading - deep oatmeal and ivory cream with a silver hue. Farrow and balls \"DIMTY\" and \"CLUNCH\" are good close matches. The damask pattern is in an equally impressive yet timeless colour combination of ebony black and muted old tarnished gold - nearing deep sand, Farrow and Balls \"CATS PAW\" is a near match, not entirely as the light does bounce off the gold to emit a silver hue giving it an almost deep olive green look in some lights.Would look oh so perfect for the period themed interior yet can work just as well fused with modern/contemporary settings.✿ HEADER TYPE: Darling goblet header that lends to a more defined and tailor made finish not forgetting that this gives a more uniformed distribution of gather/ruffle so no overbunching. This header does mean that the width of the curtain cannot be adjusted without the need to apply needle know how to unpick the goblets and sew on a tape header, so please do check the measurements provided below. This can be used for both track and pole systems, there are metal rufflette hooks in some of the goblets, I shall ship as is but you may need to add some more.✿ LINING TYPE: Fully lined in a good weight cotton blend lining fabric in cream, most commonly referred to as standard lined; and as the fabric face is a good weight, anything more than standard lined would be obscene, not mention making the curtains quite hard to hang and handle! I do have to note that the lining sits a good 20-30 cm above the fabric - makes no difference in the overall appearance but waffle here likes to mention everything ;)Measurements laid flat +/- 2cm
Width (side to side) along the hem 264 cm or 103.9 inches fixed along the header to 133 cm or 52.4 inchesDrop (top to bottom) 287 cm or 113 inches - includes header but excludes a MASSIVE 7.5 inch allowance so scope to lengthen still.

I describe to the best of my abilities and sometimes do waffle on a bit only as when I list a product for sale, I am listing it from a buyers perspective; in that I personally would want as much information as possible to make an informed decision. And whilst we all have different standards and levels of expections, I do encourage you to take the time to EXAMINE the listing in all its glory and to reach out should there be a slight shadow of doubt.

The mass proportion of what I sell are \"one offs\" and indeed a one of a kind find. They will almost always have had been pre-owned and homed/used elsewhere, therefore , do allow for inconspicuous signs to indicate their previous life. Any significant markings, stains, blemishes, rips etc etc will always be highlighted and more than often will be accompanied by a picture of the offender(s), therefore take the time to view all the pictures. Please ensure that you have accounted for the need to have such items washed/cleaned/freshened before using. The cleaning costs is NOT my responsibility and again, this is a cost that you should factor when purchasing SECOND HAND or PRE-OWNED products.

Unless otherwise mentioned in the listing description, curtains are supplied without any hardware i.e hooks to hang, so please bear this in mind.

The pictures in all my listings will have been taken in natural daylight and without the use of any artificial lighting enhancements etc. Whilst my pictures best represent the item for sale in their textures, colours and conditions etc, the pictures must be viewed as indicative of the item for sale and almost always in conjunction to the listing text. Please note that PC settings to include monitor displays and browsers settings etc will vary. If colour match is crucial please get in touch and I will help assist as best I can.

✿ Shipping is through couriers such as Parcelforce or UPS etc and invariably is an all day call out. If you are not in, they will either automatically redeliver the next working day and/or leave a card indicating redelivery. Should their attempts be unsuccessful, the item will be returned back to me where a 2nd delivery charge will become applicable. Do ensure that a correct contact telephone number is provided as this is required to complete your booking with the carrier.

✿ It is the BUYERS responsibility to request insurance which covers for the FULL final selling price of the item as the standard level of cover is normally £20-£50 therefore should you not cover for the full cost then the amount recovered should there be a loss or damage in transit would only be this amount only. Should the need to claim for insurance due to damages to your item in transit, details will be forwarded onto you to file the claim, I will of course assist as much as I possibly can.

✿ Sadly NO personal collections from my home due to an agressive situation with a previous buyer therefore as I share my home with my children - their safety is paramount so sorry, no collections. But I understand that you may live very close by to me so am happy to arrange to meet in a public place near my home.

✿ Please make contact within 24 hrs of listing end and kindly pay no later than 2 days of listing end - sorry this is due to the vast numbers of \"fun buyers\". Unpaid item disputes will be logged automatically after 2 days after sale/listing end and you may lose your right to the item.

✿ Accepted forms of payment is PAYPAL - if you are using e-cheques please allow sufficient time for this to clear with paypal as your item will not be released for dispatch until the e-cheque has cleared. Postal orders in GB sterling and bankers cheques, which again will require bank clearance before your item gets dispatched.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please, please take a few minutes to read through my Returns and Refunds policy. I have tried to keep it as fair and as comphrensive as possible, for I am NOT an occasional seller that is out to make a \'quick buck\' and to shrug my responsibilties when something goes wrong - be it from something I have neglected to mention or simply because you have changed your mind - so there is no need to fib about your reasons for wishing to return any items purchased through me.

Under the distance selling regulations (UK) every item sold via fixed price and/or best offer format entitles the purchaser to a 14 day cooling off period, this means that should you not require the item for whatever reason, you are within your rights to claim a return/refund. Please email me in the first instance, preferably earlier rather than later; citing your reasons for returning. Items MUST be in the SAME condition and the SAME packaging as it had left me, and whereby you have taken any remedial actions on said item(s) then you waive the right to a refund/return as it will be deemed you have accepted the item(s) condition and therefore the item(s) ownership has passed onto you.

Otherwise, once granted, all item(s) must be received back no later than 3 working days of approval. - please send your item TRACKED AND INSURED.

Once received, it will be inspected and should there be any evidence to suggest that they have been used whilst in the purchasers care, I reserve the right to deduct a nominal charge for fair usuage from the funds due back. Of course if it remains in the same condition as it had left me - the total purchase price will be returned.

In all instances the return postage cost remains at the buyers responsibilty therefore I do encourage you to ask as many questions as possible BEFORE commiting to a offer/purchase as this will cut down the need to return thus would not leave you out of pocket for postage costs.

Should the need for return be an error made by me, again, please email me in the first instance and return the item to me whereby I will refund the entire purchase price and all associated postage costs.
