This one-of-a-kind drawing by Milton Caniff is from November 1963 made for General Royal Hatch United States Air Force. Poking fun of the General\'s name and also poking fun at the NAVY ANCHOR CLANKER SUIT. Frame measures 14 and 3/4 bye 18 and 3/4. As you can see in the pictures it looks like there\'s some spots on the picture. Those spots are on the actual inside of the glass and not on the picture.
