ORIGINAL JULY 1, 1829 ANDREW JACKSON SIGNED AS PRESIDENT AUTOGRAPH LAND GRANT:

Just acquired out of a Midwest estate, we are able to offer this original 1829 Land Grant signed by ~ PRESIDENT ANDREW JACKSON ~. This land grant document ~DATED JULY 1, 1829~, was issued shortly after taking office, during the first year, of his first term as President of the United States. This early first term land grant document actually his own hand signed signature and not secretarial signed like many of his later documents. This land grant was issued to NATHAN WOTEN of JACKSON COUNTRY OHIO. It measures 15 1/4 inches wide by 9 5/8 inches tall. The over all condition is pretty decent, with some expected wear and a little damage - see pictures. It has been folded up, for probably around 183 years or so, and is a nice, original Presidential, hand signed document. This would be a wonderful and Historical early Presidential signed document to frame and display.
