The work is an original late 19th Century Watercolour painting by:

The delightful image portrays these gorgeous looking felines sitting at the dining table. One of the 3 cats can be seen attempting the reach one of the small Beetles with he\'s little claw, the table cloth being creased during he\'s efforts.
The attention to detail throughout the work is absolutely marvellous and this painting by Wain was clearly painted whilst he was at the very top he\'s game in he\'s favourite subject matter.
The painting is mounted within the original period Victorian glazed & ebonized frame which suits the painting beautifully.
