This is an original USGI, takedown tool for the M1903 and M1903A3 Springfield Rifle. The tool has a dark grey parkerized finish, is marked \"U.S.\" and B147064 on one side, and SECo. B147065 on the other. SECo stands for Shawmut Engineering Co, of Brockton MA, which was a government contractor for this item during WWII.
The tool has 3 different sized screwdrivers, and a pin to drift out the various pins in the rifle, enabling the user to completely disassemble the weapon in the field.
