In all the years that I have been buying, selling and collecting (over 25), this is the nicest WWI era M1910 Hatchet that I have ever seen. Someone took very good care of it for all of these years. The blade in marked \"U.S.\" and is very sharp. The wood handle is very strong with great color. The Cover is in overall good condition, a little wear on the blunt side (see pic) but is still very solid and sturdy. It is dated 1918.

Great set for any serious Military collection!
