OUTSTANDING 1870\'s Vintage \"Old Italian Block\" Antique Quilt ~NICE EARLY FABRICS

This ELEGANT cotton 1870\'s (some fabrics are much earlier) \"old Italian block\" quilt is hand pieced and hand quilted, with an eye catching overall lattice design. The quilt came out of Berks County, Pennsylvania.

It measures a generous 90\" X 90\" and is in excellent condition, with the occasional small, faint age spot and no wear.

There is straight line quilting throughout at 8-9 stitches to the inch.

The back and hand stitched binding are a gorgeous floral print, and the batting is thin.
