THIS WAS SO VERY WELL DONE. THIS IS A FRENCH PROVINCIAL PORTRAIT. THE PAINTING IS A 3/4 LENGTH PORTRAIT OF A YOUNG WOMAN IN THE DISTINCTIVE REGIONAL COSTUME OF THE PROVINCE OF SAVOIE WITH THE PATRIOTIC COLOR THEME OF BLUE, RED AND WHITE. THE PAINTING IS SET IN A BLACK AND GOLD MOLDED FRAME. THE PAINTING MEASURES 22.15\" WIDE BY 28.25\" TALL OUTSIDE THE FRAME AND 17.75\" WIDE BY 23.75\" TALL INSIDE THE FRAME.
