Offering a unique original gouache, watercolor and inkpainting depicting a Burning giraffes in surreal landscape, signed Dali, in the lower margin and on verso of the artwork. Salvador Dalipainted and drew landscapes from the world of impossible dreams.Giraffes,are one the best known and reoccuring subjects from Dali\'s Surrealist period. Dalifirst used the image of a burning Giraffe, which he called the masculine cosmicapocalyptic monster, in the film L’ Age d ‘Or. In strengthening the symbolismof his giraffes, Dali would paint them on fire. Such an example is in the presentwork.
