- A true oldie! Antique ? chalkware pottery vase, Germany.
- I believe this is chalkware, but I am not familiar with it so please judge for yourself. When you ping it with your finger, it has aslightly metallic sound.
- It has an intricately carved design, arts & crafts style, painted or glazed in black & green. The interior is unglazed.
- It is just under 8.5\" tall, 3-5/8\"base, about 2-3/8\" wide at top opening.
- It is marked as shown: 754, an \"A & T\" in a heart, & Germany in faint gold.
- The condition is very rough,overall scrapes, paint flakes, tiny nicks, but no major damage that I can see. Please see all 12 photos - they tell the story.
