I will be listing an entire estate of unique and unusual to the simple items. My dear friend passed away of cancer, with no insurance, and all items are being sold as you see them to cover his expenses, this could take upwards of a year, he had over 3000 statues, boats, figurines, nautical items, toys etc. I will list as I can with the best description, add me to your favorite sellers list for many items are rare and hard to find to one of a kind. Found a box of train or Christmas village items so take a peek, listing the whole box at one time. I am listing a series of buildings I found, some are home made, some plastic and glued, and some are resin and even one of wood.......Unique. Each building is unique and has great detail. Hand made of Wood, Marked $10 on red and $ll.50 on white, adorable wood store fronts, White is 5-1/2\" tall by 8\" wide and red is 5-1/2\" wide and 6\" tall. These are adorable for village or shelf decor for year round display. (Please keep in mind we are not train people so listing to the best of our ability) Minor scratches from age otherwise, Comeschip and crack free, smoke free home. His Collection span over 40 years so unable to tell you age, please look closely at all items, being sold as you see them. Keep in mind this is an Estate.
