This is a very nice, old, patrioticpaper candy container depicting the tree stump, ax, and cherries, as in George Washington chopped down the cherry tree. It is 1.25\" tall and 2.25\" across. Some of the \"cherries\" are cracked from age, and the \"leaf\" isa bit wilted, but, considering it\'s 90 plus years old, it is in remarkable condition. We believe it is of German origin due to the detail and workmanship, however, the only mark we can see is the 1920 in pencil on the bottom.
