Up for sale is this early Squash Blossom Old Pawn Necklace. I purchased this piece is 1960 from a jeweler in New York. It is all handmade. The turquoise stones are set with a bezel edge. The beads are hollow and are joined together with a seam in the middle. It is large, measuring 26 inches long. There are 12 squash blossoms set on a double strand of silver beads for a total of 18 turquoise stones, all nicely matched. The naja measures 3-1/4\" x 3-1/4\" inches. The necklace is very heavy and strung on a sturdy silver wire. The 12 squash blossoms measure 1-1/4\" long and the smallest hanging in the naja measures 1\" and is signed JR on the backside. Beautiful patina. It is all original and unmarked, as is the case with older pieces. Guaranteed authentic and old, this necklace will make a wonderful addition to any Navajo or Native American collection.In Excellent condition.Thank you for looking.
