Exquisitely hand-craftedgreen turquoise pendant measures 9/16\" x 3/4\" and is shot through with pyrite--possible King\'s Manassa turquoise (?). It is set in a 1 3/4\" x 1 3/4\" sterling pendant framed by two leaves and Navajo style beading.Great patina sets off the stone. The bench beads are 6 mm round beads mixed with 20 mm x 4 mm tubes tapered at each end; the total length is 23 1/2\" with the pendant included. The beads are hollow and the necklace weighs 46 grams. It shows signs of wear and handwork- some tube beads have small dents, the bead seams vary in their finish and you can still see some file marks on the back of the pendant. This gives the necklace a very earthy, aged feel. Quite a stunning piece. Please see the photos for more details and be sure to send questions if you have them. No maker\'s mark was found.
