I believe that this clock came from a car but I\'m not sure. It is a windup and it has been wound too tight so it does not work. the outer rim turns so that you can take a timing off the clock.

As near as I can read it says \"Blindfugit ---Baurat Schlenker Grusen\" on the tag on the back.
