Mortise lock has a face plate of 7/8\'\' wide, 51/4\'\' tall,3 1/8\'\' deep. The backset for the knob spindle is about 2 3/8\'\'. Distance from spindle center to keyhole center is 2 1/8\'\'. Comes with onetestedand functionalskeleton key. Also comes with the strike plate.I test the key multiple times on both sides of the lock to insure fit and function as well as the knob spindle.The strike bolt can be reversed for doors that swing the other way.
