The number is made from vitreous enamel fused onto sheet steel.Heavy gauge - unlike modern versions this one can\'t be bent easily.Very durable. Madein 1990s.

The sheet steel has been pressed to put the number and border in bold relief. The highlights are in white and easily readable.
