Benjamin the old Bunny
Heavily distressed for a primitive, antique look.
Benjamin is a sweet, old rabbit that has been loved by many. He has the stains, worn patches of fur and tiny holes to prove it. He started his life a bright, dapper white, but after years of tiny hand holding him, his fur shows the years of love he\'s received.Benjamin has always loved playing games with the children like hide-n-seek or pin the tail on the donkey. Sadly, though after decades of constant companionship, Benjamin finds himself looking for a new home and for someone to love him. <3
Benjamin was created by me, Karen Brady, of Brady Bears Studio.He was created from German viscose.Has German glass eyes.Measures 12\" tall, not including his little worn ears.He is stuffed with gravel and excelsior.He is nice and floppy, just like an old bun should be.He is 5 way jointed, which means his head and limbs all move.He had been heavily distressed to give him that old-world charm.He can be displayed sitting or standing with a doll stand(stand not included).He will also stand if nestled in with other bears or dolls.everything is removable.
Anything else pictured is not included.Benjamin is an adult collectible and not meant for children
This is a one of a kind bunny created by me.He will come tucked away in his special gift box or bag, with signed hang tags/cards. If you live outside the US, I may not be able to ship in my gift box due to shipping costs.
A bit about me:I have been a working teddy bear(and other animals) artist for over 10 years. My goal is to create heirloom quality pieces that can be cherished for years to come. My work has been featured in numerous magazines in the U.S. and abroad, and has been featured 3x\'s on the cover Prims magazine. I was selected as one of the top 100 craftsmen in American from 2007-1013 by Early American Life magazine. I was also nominated in 2008-2010 for a TOBY(Teddy Bear of the Year) award by Teddy Bear & Friends magazine.
