It is hand-made of copper and then tinned to allow it to store holy water for ritual washing before prayer, which is performed five times a day. The ritual Muslim court-jug is hand engraved with geometric ornaments in Arabic style. This court - jug is an important attribute for the religious life of every Muslim. This court is completely authentic and covered with old patina. Court - jug weighs 582 grams, height 185 mm / 7.3 inches, base diameter of 90 mm / 3.5 inches and a bore diameter of 100 mm / 3.9 inches. This beautiful and authentic ritual vessel-jug is has a capacity of about 1.2 liters and is very rare and good preserved. The kettle was used for many years and brings a track of time. It has three recesses which are not a defect but only confirm its authenticity.
