Although New, IF INCLUDED Boxes may have slight blemishes or damage due to age of items.There may be a few tiny chips through the trees hard to tell there is some styrofoam stuck in the trees. I have removed some. But keep in mind this is a very delicate item. So there may be a few chips when received. Nothing really noticeable
