All boxes, ink, Omas pen sleeve and papers. It\'s a large, heavy package.I bought this in 2014 and carefully used it twice. I ordered it with the two-tone medium nib (the label on the box says F).
There is a small, stable crack in the plastic at he end of the section between the narrow band to the nib end. I never noticed it, the pen has never been dropped or hit. A sharp eyed buyer saw it from a previous listing. It shows in the side view picture. I\'ve inked this twice. It wrote and operated flawlessly .
