This is a very nice original 4x5 Rotating Graflok style back that came on an Omega 45D view camera. I believe it also directly fits the Toyo 45D cameras and several other models of Omega and Toyo View Cameras. This could be a great back to use on a custom camera as well. It mounts via the tiny holes you can see in the first photo of the back rotated so it can screw down to just about anything. I get a lot more for an original Graflex 4x5 Graflok back so these are a real bargain right now. The back is in nice shape showing some minor defects to the black paint from use but pretty clean. The ground glass is gridded and has a tiny nick in the corner but does no harm. It looks like some older marks on the glass for medium format have been mostly wiped off. These are nice backs and they have a bail handle that holds the back open while you insert the 4x5 film holder. Most backs do not have a bail and its a really nice feature.
