Complete with coa and fancy velvet presentation box. Individual serial number (#22592) on the rim of the coin. Plastic Capsule and round are both in *Mint* condition. Clearly, this one was stored properly and never taken out or if it was handled with care! Manufactured by a private mint in 2000.
