This lot is an 1864 Ferrotype Abraham Lincoln Campaign pin. 1864 seemingly much scarcer than the 1860 pins. This is the much rarer Lincoln only pinback pin (missing to pin itself).
DeWitt 1864-95 and 15/16\" diameter with 1-1/8\" vertical pin on the reverse complete with small cut-out brass tab to hold the pin in position. Frame reads \"For President 1864.\" Above his image on the ferrotype is his name \"A. Lincoln.\"
