For sale is an ORIGINAL MAXFIELD PARRISH small cropped PROMETHEUS 1920calendar. This calendar has been custom framed with museum quality glass. Both the front and back of the calendar are framed so that the Prometheus story can be seen and read. Prometheus is the first painting in the Maxfield Parrish series about the development of light. This isa cropped version with all the borders in tact. There is a professional restoration on the wordMazda inthe right, top corner of the banner ( see photo #4). This calendar is considered to be in good condition.The Prometheus is one of the most difficult calendars in the Edison Mazda series to obtain.
