Beautiful olive green silk bonnet..it looks grey in the pictures but it is green...in really great condition....all hand stiched...pictures show that the silk covers wooden or bamboo stays to form the pleating or gathering on top...it seems to be on the small side so this bonnet was for a tiny women or a child...tulle lining is is separated on the inside back....the silk is lovely...even the silk ribbon ties are crisp and ironed....a few dark spots on the back\"see pics\"...I have never displayed it...I think this could easily be a museum piece...
