Very nice, original Animation Cel with supporting Production Art drawing of a chained dragon from the early 1990s cartoon series \"Don Coyote and Sancho Panda\", which was a joint venture between Hanna-Barbera and Italian Public Broadcasting. While I have researched this series, I do not have a name for this character, but s/he is both colorful and expressive. The image is full color, on acetate, I believe, with the b/w production art done in pencil on paper underneath the acetate. The image measures app. 7\" high x 6\" wide, and has the green hues all dragons must have. Its wings, hair, neck area and ears(?) are a slightly muted orange. There is a small red dot at the bottom of the stomach area. I don\'t believe that was intended. There are matching production markings on both pieces and the plastic sleeve these pieces come in has a sticker that reads \"Don Coyote\", with a handwritten number of 3102. I do not know what that signifies.
