Up for your consideration is an original antique British Military flintlock pistol barrel recently aquired from a local Florida estate...The flintlock barrel is from the Revolutionary War era...original flintlock touch hole...has various makers stamps including a CROWN with the number 1 and the makers name GREAVES...also 2 hash marks and what looks to be a large letter C by the 2 hash marks and a few other obscure marks I cannot make out.....it is a smooth bore and hole at end of barrel measures approx 9/16th of an inch....not sure what caliber that would be.......barrel measures approx 9 inches not including breech plug and overall including breech plug measures approx 10 3/4 inches long.....still has original breech plug which is frozen in barrel....barrel has some pitting and minor surface rust in areas....guaranteed an original period piece.....nice old relic from the Revolutionary War and War of 1812 era.....see images for the best description ...would definately make a nice addition to any collection of original Revoluntionary War militaria...we are currently selling a large collection of original military items from many countries and eras so be sure and check our other listings....Will only ship to the United States no exceptions.
