This is the original final drawing by Charles Flanders for three (3) consecutive daily comic strip episodes of The Lone Ranger that were published in newspapers on January 9, 10 and 11, 1962. Three desperadoes plan to set a time bomb and kill the jeweler who made it for them.
Writer Fran Striker and artist Ed Kressy created The Lone Ranger comic strip, based on Striker\'s popular radio program, in 1938; Flanders took over drawing the strip in 1939 and continued it for many years. Each original is signed \"Charles Flanders\" by the artist in the first panel. The Lone Ranger, Inc. copyright label is in the first panel of each.
There is discoloration of the glue under the shading and a small amount elsewhere in the images: overall, FINE+ condition.
