12 1/2\" x 9 1/2\" trimmed along left margin. I am not an artist but I believe this is blue water color over an ink drawing. Teddy Roosevelt looking a bit concerned when he sees the German greeting word for \"Welcome\" is actually spelled out with the German naval submarine fleet. Cartoon on reverse side is an original artist\'s amusing pencil sketch (w pencil coloration) depicting the then growing problem in Germany of motorcyclists taking over walkway paths. Note. The T.R. cartoon is trimmed, apparently the result of the cartoonist reusing the back side of the paper to draw the slightly smaller motorcycle cartoon, on which the artist sketched in a narrow border which is not trimmed.
