This is a CDV photograph of a Union Soldier during the Civil War. It is 100% original period piece and not a modern made one. Show the soldier seated and holding a kepi in his hand. The kepi has a hat badge that I cannot tell what it is, looks like a large A. Unusual part is the photographer was in Hilton Head South Carolina. Has a little damage in the top right, does not affect the photo. Looks like something ate part of it. No creases and it is clear. Nice CDV of soldier with kepi from hard to find SC photographer. I start all my sales at $2.00. It has nothing to do with the quality of the item, I let the buyers decide what it is worth. Good luck offerding on this Civil war CDV.
