This is a wonderful little painting. David Pelbam was a terrific artist, and several of his painting are available on . What sets this one apart is the background. A beautiful sunset of pinks and oranges, and the Sea Captain is on his boat. The painting is in terrific condition, with no crackling, holes, or problems that I can see. The frame is either made of wormwood, or has some tiny holes, and several littlenicks. I suppose you could get it re-framed, but showing age adds appeal to me.

I really love this painting, and it is currently hanging on my wall, so it will take a day to get it packaged properly. I will do a very good job, as I don\'t want anything to happen to this is in shipping.
