This listing is for the original Political Cartoon pictured here illustrated by Cartoonist Ralph Reichhold. I have found he worked in the pittsburgh area in the 1940\'s. He clearly has a bit raunchy but funny quality of humor. While the piece does clearly have multiple condition issues it has a great overall visage with a nice cartoon of F.D.R.
The board is 20\" x 14\" and the drawing area is about 15.75\" x 11.5\"
