This is a very fine condition Brown tooled leather\"Mappin & Webb Ltd\"pocket watch box, the watch box is also brownshammy leatheroriginal inside and silk as you would expect, the box is for the standard size pocket watch and would be good for a Rolex or patek Philippe pocket watch as both were retailed by Mappin & Webb, I have aften seen Rolex pocket and wrist watches with Mappin on the dial as well, sothis sale is for the mint condition original1900\'s pocket watchbox only. possibly one of the best condition box like this I have seen and nice being Brown inside as most are Navy Blue or Black, just a great original box in busting condition, the only flaw is a scuff acrioss the top and onto the side, but overall its very good to excellent and feels solid not shakky as often old box\'s do.
