Printed by the Kennebec Journal, it measures 12 1/2\" x 21 1/2\" and it is in 4 pieces that have separated from the folds. Calls for 9000 Maine volunteers by January 5, 1864 and offers bonuses of $502 for veteran and $357 for new recruits. Overall good condition; could be restored.
