\"Next week is ELECTION time.\"

This strip is hand drawn and inked by Mr. Kelly, featuring Pogo Possum and Albert Alligator as they discuss the finer points of not voting. Note the great tree, especially for a daily strip, in the first panel.

\"Everybody will be out votin\' fit to kill...hand over foot.\"

Thestrip is in good shape with an even, minor off-white coloring fromage. It has the normal few pin holes, right at the top center border, used byKelly to hold in place while inking. It\'s been folded by Kelly when shipped to the syndicate, which can hardly be seen under glass.

The artwork itself is hand brushed black ink over blue pencil. Signed \"Walt Kelly\".
