This cel features Batman and Robin standing in front of Batmobile and Gotham City. This has been in a private collection for many years. The image size is9 1/4x 7.5and framed to an overall size 18x18.5. Comes with certificate of authenticity:

Harley is torn between her promise to help Batman and her twisted love for the Joker, but her better nature wins out in the end. This episode aired on May 23 1994.
