Stylish little vintage “sputnik” lamp with a cocoon shade in painted opaline glass, ready for lift-off on three brass feet. So French, so late-1950s/early 60s.

The painted decoration is black and gold, not brown as it looks in 2 of the pictures.

It is in working order and takes a small bayonet torpedo bulb. (Bulb not included in the sale, for weight reasons.)

It is 8.5 inches (22cm) high.

It’s in good vintage condition. There is some wear to the brass feet, but it’s not very noticeable. The three feet have their rubber caps.

The glass shade is in greatconditionapart from a touch of roughness around the tip, felt rather than seen.

Shipping is tracked from France. I pack very carefully.
