Up for sale is this very rare poster for a mechanics fair in 1913 held in San Francisco . This a wonderful image showing the modernization of man. It is signed lower right although I cannot make out the artist. I cannot find another example out there. The poster measures approx. 20x31 inches with a 1 inch linen margin beyond that. It\'s in great condition overall considering it\'s age. The top 1/2 inch of the white boarder on the poster is repainted by an expert restorer. Restored tear in the top middle and also upper middle left side. Most restoration has been to the edges and nothing affecting the image greatly. There is some restored wrinkling on the lower bottom as well. This poster was just freshly restored and linen backed. Please ask any questions you may have. Look at all photos for condition. The poster will be shipped in a sturdy tube packed well with insurance (domestic only) for sale price. International cost of shipping will not include insurance.
