Newspaper is in overall good condition with light age yellowing, minor edge dings and some small tears along the fold line.
 
May 5th, 1945 Muscatine [Iowa] Daily Journal with headline "Two German Armies Surrender - Germans in Denmark Resist patriots - Nazi Seventh Army Only One On Mainland Still Opposing Ike\'s Forces",
 
Newspaper has a bigger tear halfway down on the right edge, as well as some light  tears along the fold line.
