This sale is for an original World War I memorial poster. It reads, \"Ehren-Chronik Weltkrieg 1914-1918\" across the top and \"Den Kommenden Geschlectern Zum Steten Gedenken An Den Kampf Deutscher Manner Gegen 31 Nationen Der Erde\" across the bottom. In the center is a memorial written to a soldier named Johann Siebenwurst which is surrounded by scenes from the battlefield and one scene top left where it appears the soldier is being honored in heaven. The publication information bottom right reads, \"Tiefdruck von Lipp & Neuschuz, Munchen.\" There is wear on all edges with especially heavy creasing in the bottom left corner. There is some smudging on the body of the poster, the central text of which may be handwritten, with scuffing on the back of the poster, but as you can see it is fully intact with crisp graphics and displays nicely.
