Original WWI US Army backpack with mess kit and utensils. It appears to be unissued, most certainly unused. Everything is intact, sheaths for knife and utensils untouched (see photos). Only minor discoloration on backpack and surface rust on metal utensils are from age and storage. Left in original condition, I didn\'t want to clean any of the rust off. Stamped markings on fabric: \"Canvas Products Co October 1918\" and looks like \"M.A.O.B\". Knife marked \"A.C. Co. U.S. 1917\", spoon marked \"CPC 1918\".
Excellent condition.
