Original WWII era US Navy hat device. Mounts on the front of an officer\'s visor style cap. Eagle and shield are solid sterling silver, stamped sterling with manufacturers shield logo. Anchors are marked 1/20th 10K gold filled, which is a heavy gold plating. Also marked with manufacturers shield logo.
