GENERAL INFORMATION: These condo units are being offered for less than you\'d pay booking through a travel agency. Please do not ask if we will sell for less – we won’t! You do not have to be a timeshare owner, RCI or II member to offer on these units. There is no requirement to attend a sales pitch if you rent one of our units. Pictures are typical of the style and décor at this resort.

NOTE: A guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in at this resort. Sorry, no pets are allowed in the units or on the resort property.

CONDO UNIT DESCRIPTION: You are offerding on a Blue Tree Resort at Lake Buena Vista 1-bedroom fully furnished timeshare condo unit that has a kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware to serve the number of occupants indicated in this listing. All linens, bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps and detergents, and other consumable supplies will be furnished by the resort.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: A Queen size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room.As a guest you will have access to all of the fine amenities available at this resort on the same basis as the timeshare owner. You are offerding one price for the total number of days available. You will be able to check into the unit after 4 PM on the first date listed and you will be expected to check out of the unit before 10 AM on the last date listed. Note that late checkout is possible but would be very costly.

RESORT INFORMATION: Resting on 16 landscaped acres, this resort is 3 miles from Walt Disney World Theme Parks and within easy driving distance of Universal Studios, Sea World, Jerusalem Experience and other local attractions. The resort has concierge service where you may purchase discounted tickets to nearby attractions if needed. Complimentary shuttle service is provided by the resort to the major attractions. This can save a lot on parking fees.

AMENITIES: The resort has a children\'s pool and playground, 4 swimming pools, outdoor tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, miniature golf, picnic area with barbeque grills, fitness facilities, and billiards or pool tables.

OTHER POPULAR FAMILY FRIENDLY HIGHLIGHTS: Free self parking, 24-hour front desk, 24-hour business center, laundry facilities, a grocery/convenience store, free shopping center shuttle, and free supervised childcare/activities.

CONDO UNIT AMENITIES: Free cribs/infant beds, in-room controlled air conditioning, furnished balcony, cable TV service, DVD Player, in-room safe, coffee/tea maker, and free toiletries.

WHAT TO EXPECT: If you are the winning buyer, we will request you email us the name and address of the person who will be checking in at the resort. For security reasons this information must match the name and address on the person\'s driver\'s license. Upon receipt of payment and your email, a guest confirmation (certificate) will be requested and we will email a copy to you as soon as it is available to us - usually 1-3 days.
