A beautiful hand mirror and matching brush. No identifying marks, but I believe the set is of French origin. Gilt silver plate with an ornate raised pattern and center hand painted oval medallions -- black domed inserts with roses and a gold basket. The mirror is quite heavy - beveled glass. The mirror is 14 inches long and 7 inches wide. The brush is 11 inches long and 3 inches wide.

Excellent condition - no dents, bends, corrosion. The beveled mirror has some silvering loss and the gold has turned to all silver on the handle of the mirror.
