Vintage ornate Russian Caucasian silver and niello Kindjal Dagger. Marked 84 with right facing head of a woman. Found in a northeast Ohio estate.
Ornately decorated, as pictured.
Scabbard measures 15 3/4\" long.
Blade measures 10 5/8\" long X 1 1/4\" wide. Tip and sides are sharp.
Silver mark on back of the handle, below the bolster.
Good vintage condition. Some wear and sharpening to the blade, as pictured.
