Osiris statue purchased in Luxor on West Bank in 2013
I thought it was carved stone when I bought it, and it may be, with some sort of faience coloring applied
Nice detail in face, cross-hatching on atef crown feathers, djed pillar, sun disk at top of crown
8.25 inches high
Weight: 9.6 ounces
May have been repaired prior to my purchase (I only noticed much later); not very noticeable but there is a line below the knees that I thought was a vein in the stone
