Superior pair of heavy cast metal Eagle bookends. Excellent details and fine antique/ vintage condition.

These have to be one of my all time favorite sets of cast metal bookends.

Made by Sexton in cast metal in the form of a Federal eagle sitting on a black and gold star studded base.

The bookends date to around the 1930\'s - \'40\'s. They are very detailed and have a true sculptural quality,

they look wonderful from just about any angle.

The bookends measure approx. 8\'\' Tallx 5 1/2\'\' Wide x 2-1/2\" Deep

The bookends are markedon the inside of the base SEXTON USA.

These are very stylish bookends that have a lot of impact, they look high quality and expensive, and would be lovely for a den or working desk area.

We ship worldwide. We ship Domestic through the USPS via First Class Mail, Standard Post & Priority Mail. Depending on the weight of the package your item may be shipped 1st Class Mail. International shipping is via USPS First Class Mail, or Priority Mail International. On small items other shipping options may be offered, such as USPS First Class Mail or International Air Letter Post to help keep your costs down. The item(s) will be shipped within 2 Business days of cleared PayPal payment, not to include weekends and Holidays. Once a package leaves our hands at the post office we are not responsible for the handling of the package or the length of time it takes to deliver the package.

We personally do not recommend, and discourage shipping fragile items USPS Domestic Standard Post due to the roughness of the handling by the shipper, but offer this service due to the buyers preference and cost.

Please allow 5-9 business days delivery on Domestic Standard Post. We can not hurry the Postal Service!
