Up for sale with is a Superb Pair of 19th Century Victorian Period 18k Gold Dangle or Drop Earrings. I do not know a great deal about the earrings, they are fabulous quality as seen featuring beautiful Bright Cut Diamonds plus Old Mine Cut or Polki Diamonds in the outer rings accentuated by Black Enamel. I was toldby the Estate they are inherited pieces and they believed them to be of Russian origin and dating to the 19th Century. The Earrings are unmarked but have been tested and are guaranteedto be 18k Solid Gold. The Earrings are in good Estate Fresh, untouched, condition for their age, there appears to be one small rough cut diamond missing from each earring, which is only seen upon very close inspection. The Earrings are a nice practical size for wearing measuring1-1/2 inches long by5/8\'s of aninch wide overall. The larger Diamonds measure approx 2-3mm across, the rough cut diamonds are hard to measure but I would say roughly 1-2mm. The Earrings weigh 6.10 grams combined. I am told the Earrings would appraise between 3000 and 5000 dollars depending on where you had them appraised but they will sell to the highest buyer without reserve !
