I have decided to share my creation with others who probably have the same problem I did - HOW DO I DISPLAY ALL THIS WITHOUT TAKING UP AN ENTIRE ROOM?

I have taken the dozens of hours/years spent perfecting my design (size/shape/color and how-tos) and condensed it into 5-6 pages of step-by-step instructions, along with an illustrated patternfor reference, illustrations and pictures. I will even email you additional pictures of how to set it up just as soon as payment is received. THIS IS A GREAT WEEKEND PROJECT FOR YOU DO-IT-YOURSELFERS.

The actual tree stands about 6 feet tall (without a house on it) and it is only 48 inches wide at its lowest shelf. ALL SHELVES ARE SECURELY ATTACHED TO EACH OTHER. You could even modify the measurements and make it a slimmer tree if you want. It holds a lot of houses/accessories but takes up so little space in a room. Plus it's visible from all sides. I've has as many as 52 houses on it and hundreds of accessories and I could easily add more houses on my lower shelves. For reference I collect Dept. 56 Dicken's Village.

The instructions come with a list of what you will need as far as building materials and tools, a pattern page for reference, illustrations, tips on successful construction and display of your village - AND LOTS OF PICTURES. This will be the most worthwhile money you ever spent on your village. Depending on wood costs in your area this can be made for under $100 - the cost of one special house!!

TO SHOW YOU HOW PRACTICAL THIS SET-UP IS, ALL HOUSES ARE LIGHTED AND YOU CAN'T SEE THE CORDS (for the most part anyway). I EVEN PURCHASED A DIGITAL TIMER AND IT TURNS ITSELF ON AND OFF!! AND THE BEST PART - IT CAN BE COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED AND STORED FLAT!!

This tree could be set up and used year round. You could display your Snowbunnies at Easter, your Halloween village in the fall and then your Christmas village or Snowbabies in the winter. Change out the snow blanket for grass and it is as versatile as can be. You could also use it to displayANY COLLECTIBLE.
